Apollo Standard grading machines, 1-500g

Apollo Standard grading machines have been manufactured since 1982, and many of the first machines are still in operation. The graders have a reputation of an incredible durability and reliability, as well as a delicate and accurate grading with high capacity.

The fish are being pumped to the integrated water separator, and then they are evenly spaced before they slide down into the grading rollers. The rollers rotate in pairs in opposite direction from each other and lift the fish while they are sliding down the rollers until the gap is so wide that they go through the opening between the rollers.

The angle of the machine can be adjusted both with the rear wheel and with the nose wheels. In addition, the motor has adjustable speed. All these features makes it possible to get a quick grading process regardless of the fish activity, but still ensure that the accuracy is not affected in a negative way.

The standard machine is available with 4, 5, 7 or 10 tracks – all with various options when it comes to number of outlets and type of dewaterer. Recommended fish size is ca. 5-500 grams. The machines can also be fitted with a special rail system, which enables grading of fish down to ca. 1 gram.
