Apollo XL grading machines, 5-1500g

Apollo XL is specifically designed for the safe grading of portion-size fish and post smolt. The machine feature the same high quality, industry proved Apollo grader that customers worldwide have come to trust since 1982.

The fish are being pumped to the integrated water separator, and then they are evenly spaced before they slide down into the grading rollers. The rollers rotate in pairs in opposite direction from each other and lift the fish while they are sliding down the rollers until the gap is so wide that they go through the opening between the rollers.

The angle of the machine can be adjusted both with the rear wheel and with the nose wheels. In addition, the motor has adjustable speed. All these features makes it possible to get a quick grading process regardless of the fish activity, but still ensure that the accuracy is not affected in a negative way.

The XL machine is available with 4 or 5 tracks – all with various options when it comes to roller distance, number of outlets and type of dewaterer. Recommended max fish size is ca. 1.5 kg.
